The Conception
It's About Others started as a thought that came to me about three years ago in Minnesota. I believe God spoke something simple but powerful to my heart: "It's about others, and that has to be enough." These words stirred up a lot of questions in my mind: What is about others? Why is that enough? If life is about others, will that be enough for me?
Over time, I realized that "it's"—this message—is about everything. I feel a deep desire to share this truth: everything we do should be focused on helping and caring for others, and valuing them above ourselves. If you follow Jesus, I want you to hear this—our culture often says life is all about us, but that’s not the way God designed it. A life lived for others is a life that honors God, and it brings deeper fulfillment than living for ourselves.
About Me
Jarrett Meyer

I grew up in a little town called Marshfield, Missouri. From there I lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota and now I currently live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I went to school at Evangel and SEU. I played college soccer and have recently found myself fishing and playing pickle ball. I am married to my beautiful and amazing wife, Alexis. She brings joy into every room and we have been married almost a year!
My heart is that It's About Others would touch the world. That we can remind followers of Jesus everywhere in a world that is so focused on self, that it's about others, and that has to be enough.
